By accessing and using LearnStruct, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Use of Service

LearnStruct is an educational tool designed to help users understand data structures and algorithms through interactive visualizations. You agree to use this service for lawful educational purposes only. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LearnStruct solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may NOT: use visualizations, code, or content for commercial purposes without written permission; reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform's code or visualizations; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or download content in bulk; reproduce, redistribute, or republish content without attribution and permission; use LearnStruct content to train commercial AI/ML models or datasets; or attempt to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on LearnStruct, including but not limited to interactive visualizations, algorithm animations, code examples, educational text, graphics, and the overall design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The 'LearnStruct' name, logo, and branding are trademarks of LearnStruct. You may use content for personal educational purposes under fair use principles. Screenshots and recordings may be used for personal study but may not be republished, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to LearnStruct (including but not limited to feedback, suggestions, or code contributions), you grant LearnStruct a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Third-Party Content

LearnStruct may contain code examples, references to external libraries, and links to third-party resources. These are provided for educational purposes only. External libraries and programming languages referenced are subject to their own respective licenses and terms. LearnStruct does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content, products, or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: (a) the visualizations accurately represent all edge cases of data structure operations; (b) the Big O complexity analyses are accurate for all implementations; (c) the code examples are production-ready or free of bugs; (d) the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. All content is provided for educational and learning purposes only and should not be used directly in production systems without thorough testing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARNSTRUCT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY: direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities; damages arising from reliance on Big O analyses or algorithm implementations; damages resulting from errors in visualizations or code examples; or service interruptions or technical failures. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the service (if any), or PKR 1,000, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LearnStruct and its creators, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any rights of another party; or any content you submit to the service.

10. Advertising

LearnStruct displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. These advertisements help support the free availability of our educational content. LearnStruct is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser, and LearnStruct shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such interactions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to LearnStruct immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LearnStruct shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
